The Rutgers University – Camden Summer Session offers over four hundred day and evening courses through the cooperation of the Camden College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business-Camden, Graduate School-Camden, School of Nursing-Camden, School of Law-Camden, and the School of Social Work.
Summer Session has so much to offer!
Small Class Sizes make it easy to learn and to get more personal attention.
Intensive Schedules let you advance your degree program quickly, and let you focus all of your attention on one class at a time. Most courses run in four-week terms, letting you earn credits and still have time to hit the beach!
Convenient Times with courses meeting morning, afternoon and evening or anytime online - whatever your busy schedule allows!
Convenient Location right at the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge in Camden, NJ, with easy access to major highways, PATCO, NJ Transit buses, and the Riverline Light Rail. Courses are also offered at the Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst, Camden County College in Blackwood, Atlantic Cape Community College in Mays Landing, and at Brookdale Community College in Freehold.
Unique Courses offered only in Summer, from advanced Special Topics courses, to foreign languages such as Italian and Latin (online!) to international trips to Cuba or Brazil.
Special Campus Events include the 29th Summer Writers Conference, Summer Music Festival, and others!
