THE FINE ARTS DEPARTMENT PRESENTS
Music for a Summer's Day Festival

The annual tradition of summer concerts continues at Rutgers Camden again this year. These noon concerts may be enjoyed in the exquisite air conditioned surroundings of the Fine Arts Mallery Room (on the second floor of the Fine Arts Building). All concerts are free and open to the general public.

The Helen and Harry Trautenberg Memorial Concert
Andrew Willis, Pianist
Andrew Willis is one of America’s finest pianist and a long time friend to the Music Program at Rutgers Camden. He returns on this occasion to perform a variety of works for piano, fortepiano, and harpsichord. At this concert we remember the late and much beloved Harry Trautenberg, a great friend of the Music Program.

Molly Vivian Huang, Pianist
Molly Huang is making her seventh appearance in this series. She was a former pupil of the great Mieczyslaw Horszowski at the Curtis Institute of Music.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES SPECIAL EVENTS

The Student Activities Office sponsors a number of events and special "extras" for the Rutgers Camden summer session students. All are free to students with ID.

ENTERTAINMENT

  • Recent release Feature Films shown in the Campus Center.
  • Discount tickets for Riversharks and Phillies Baseball & the Tweeter Entertainment Center, Great Adventure & Hershey Park
  • Bus Trip to Broadway Shows, the National Aquarium in Baltimore, MD and other exciting destinations.

FREE FOOD and PARTIES

  • Water Ice Festival at 12pm and 5pm at the Campus Center
  • Independence Day Barbeque at 12pm at the Campus Center
